Cost for emigration advice
For research hours we require an hourly rate of 60 euros. This also covers our telephone costs, payments to informants / other experts and a short written summary with information.
We will give you an approximate time for each necessary step.
Here is an example of an approach if you are looking for a stake in a farm or a tourist company:
Phase 1: Recording analysis
Selection and contact with approx. 20 private farms, hunting farms, guest accommodations that are willing to take over/participate. Targeting of suitable farms that are not yet on the market or do not want to sell, but would accept a shareholding/lease.
Evaluation and summary of the results with a short profile of the 10 most suitable farms, recommendations as to which locations should be discussed more intensively on a trip to the destination area.

Phase 2: Orientation trip
Development of the stops and travel plan free of charge.
Objective: One overnight stay at the property, farm tour.
For a shareholding/lease it is extremely important that “the chemistry” is right.
This means that at the end of the sightseeing tour, the two favorites should be visited again and more precise arrangements/requirements should be made for each favorite with a time limit of 2-3 days.
I assume that the preliminary discussions with the relevant service providers will be carried out independently.
Many of the service providers will be German-speaking.
An experienced person commissioned by my company should be present at the favorites discussions so that realistic demands and requirements for cooperation can be drawn up, no one is ripped off, the right things are asked and a preparation sheet for a legal contract can be created.
Salary 220 euros per day + travel costs 10N$ per km or you can pick up our representative.
